Our History : Our Journey
DownStreamFirst, LLC was established in May 2020 to offer online coaching support to individuals working toward his/her/their next personal or professional goal(s). This venture started off as a part-time endeavor to meet the overarching needs that the pandemic placed on the workforce in 2020.
Over time, the work and direction of DownStreamFirst has evolved and today we are very excited to continue to offer a diverse product line of vocational / social / and emotional support services for individuals, couples, teens, and organizations through both mental health therapy and specialized coaching.
